If you would like to make an appointment with one of our medical practitioners, please contact our reception staff on (08) 8284 9804. Alternatively you may book your appointments online.

You will need to complete a transfer of medical notes request form, that the clinic can then forward to your previous GP.

As of July 20 2020, medicare Telehealth consults are only available if you have been seen face-to-face by the practice in the last 12 months. Exemptions include children under 12 months. If you are uncertain, please call the clinic for more info.

Fees as follows:

 

  • Standard GP appointment – $62.85 (rebate of $42.85)
  • Long GP appointment – $112.90 (rebate of $82.90)
  • Standard GP appointment after hours – $75.80 (rebate of $55.80)
  • Long GP appointment after hours – $125.70 (rebate of $95.70)

 

Children under 16yrs, concession, DVA and pension card holders will continue to be bulk billed.

If you are currently experiencing any fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath, we do require you to produce a negative RAT test on arrival to the clinic.

 

Please contact us via phone prior to making a booking or visiting any of our medical practices.

 

All our practices are open. We are also able to offer telephone consults for those patients who are unable to come to the practice. This initiative reduces patients sitting in waiting rooms and supports people who are self-isolating, the GP will phone you and can decide if a follow-up face to face appointment is required.
